Hickory Hardware Sales

Effective March 15, 2008 we have suspended selling Hickory Hardware, Belwith Keeler, Period Brass products. We are doing this in respect to you are valuable customer. It was a difficult decision but one we had to make. I have been a stocking distributor of Period Brass products since 1999. I have supported them through many difficult times while they moved, changed products. They also had supported me through a transition period. I felt we were a family the type I like to support because I knew in the end my customers would be taken care of. Well that is no longer the case. I have approx. $75,000.00 of their product on my shelf that they no longer support. So if I was to sell you this product and something was wrong unless I had the part we could do nothing. They refuse to even address my inventory situation. I have their product that carries a warranty but they don't support and apparently won't take back / or replace. I say apparently because after many attempts to get this answer no one will talk to me. It is unfortunate to say the least. But I cannot support a line that does not support you and me.

Please consider this when you are selecting your hardware for your home. Make smart choices for you.

If you see any of this hardware you are in my specials and close outs you are interested in make us a offer we will see what we can do – Keep in mind any issues need to be worked out with Hickory Hardware (Period Brass / Belwith Keeler) direct – If I have a part that will fix a situation I’m happy to help but the part will be sold at cost.  My inventory is only as good as Hickory has sent to me.
